Payment Options & Policy

At UltimaTitan LLC, we aim to make payment quick, secure, and flexible. Below are the payment methods we accept, how transactions are processed, and our security practices.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

You can pay using several trusted methods, including (but not limited to):

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • American Express (AMEX)

  • Discover

  • UnionPay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

  • PayPal

If you try to pay with an unsupported method, the system will notify you and prompt you to choose another accepted option.


2. Transaction Processing

  • Payments are processed when your order is submitted (unless it’s a subscription or pre-order — see below).

  • For recurring subscriptions or auto-renewals, your payment method will be securely stored and charged on the agreed schedule.

  • In case of payment failure (e.g. expired card), we may contact you to update your method and retry the charge.

  • If pricing or order errors are detected after the fact, we reserve the right to correct them (including canceling or adjusting the order) in compliance with applicable laws.


3. Subscription, Pre-Order & Special Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals: If your order includes subscription products, you authorize us to charge your payment method repeatedly at your chosen interval until cancellation. You’ll be notified ahead of price changes.

  • Pre-Orders / Delayed Payment: Some products may be offered as pre-orders. In such cases, we may collect a deposit or full payment at checkout, then charge or ship when the product becomes available.

  • “Try Before You Buy” Arrangements: For items offered under trial or conditional payment terms, your payment method may be authorized (but not charged) initially. If you keep the item beyond the trial period, the full amount will be charged automatically.


4. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • All transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS to protect your payment information.

  • We rely on secure, reputable third-party payment processors; we never store your full credit card number in unencrypted form.

  • We monitor transactions for suspicious behavior and/or fraud. If a transaction appears questionable, we may place it on hold or request additional verification.


5. Billing Currency & Fees

  • All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

  • Your bank or card network may charge additional foreign transaction fees or currency exchange fees. These are not controlled by us.

  • If any taxes, duties, or regulatory fees apply in your jurisdiction, those will be added at checkout or as required by law.


6. Disputes, Refunds & Chargebacks

  • If you believe an unauthorized or incorrect charge has occurred, contact us immediately at support@ultimatitan.com.

  • We ask that you allow us to resolve any issues first; unauthorized chargebacks without communication may violate your purchase agreement.

  • Our Refund & Return Policy applies to eligible orders.

  • In case of chargeback disputes, we reserve the right to provide transaction records and cooperatively defend our position.
